We are a non-profit youth sports league for pre-high school athletes. The Double FL provides the option to play flag football on Friday's leaving the weekend free for your other activities.

The Double FL divisions will offer a the following: Kindergarten (COED), a First & Second Grade, a Third & Fourth Grade, a Fifth & Sixth Grade, and a Seventh & Eight Grade division.

We are centered out of Laguna Niguel keeping the sports close to home. We will accept families outside the city limits. If you are interested in starting your own city league we can help.
